Top Media, an independent marketing agency led by Yarden in Tel Aviv, handles website enquiries. Contact us about privacy at support@top-media.co.

What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email address and message, with optional business details and a service preference. Providing information is voluntary and is not required by law. Without the required fields we cannot process a form enquiry. You can contact us by email instead. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your request, respond, discuss a possible engagement and maintain related correspondence. We also use limited technical information to protect the form from abuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters, advertising or automated marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through the Sites hosting platform. The agency inbox is restricted to the authenticated site owner. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate and secure the service; email correspondence is also handled by email providers. Infrastructure processing may take place outside your country. We may disclose information where legally required. This form does not send your message to an AI model or an AI agent.

Technical data and cookies

Hosting infrastructure processes connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The application stores a daily derived network identifier with a submission to limit repeated requests; this is pseudonymous information, not guaranteed anonymous data. We have not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting or sign-in services may use technical cookies for access and security. Fonts are served from this website.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are kept while needed to assess and follow up on the request, manage a resulting engagement, or meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. Retention depends on the status and purpose of the correspondence. Deletion is reviewed and handled by the site owner; the website does not currently apply an automatic expiry to enquiries.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to information about you and correction of inaccurate information. You may also request deletion or raise an objection; we will assess the request under the law that applies, including any information we must retain. Email support@top-media.co. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. If applicable to your circumstances, additional rights may include restriction, portability and a complaint to your local data protection authority.

Information for visitors in Europe

Where European data protection law applies to our processing, responding to your request may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and securing this website. Mandatory legal recordkeeping is based on legal obligations. International transfer arrangements and any further disclosures depend on the applicable law and service-provider arrangements; contact us with questions before sending information.
